Zhernovoi Anatoli Vladimirovich was born on October 18th 1956 in the city of Krasnodon, Luganskaya region, into a family of a worker.

He started his labor activity in 01.08.1975 as an art leader of Romanobalkovski village house of culture of Pervomaiski district of c. Nikolaev.

On the 2nd of November 1975 he was drafted to the Soviet Army. He served for a fixed period in the ranks of the Chernomorski Navy as a sailor. He finished his service in the rank of a master sergeant.

From 1977 till 1982 he passed his additional service in Chernomorski Navy in the rank of an ensign. During the additional service he occupied posts of head of a club, instructor of a political department, ALCUY secretary, instructor of a political department of CUY.

He is a participant of military actions.

From 1982 till 1992 he served in the HIA of the city Sevastopol in posts of: an inspector of IDN, an officer of criminal investigation department of the OВХСС, senior inspector of a political department of the HIA, chief of a passport service of the Balaklava DDIA of Sevastopol.

From 1980 till 1985 he studied at a department of law of the Kharkov State Law Institute after F.E. Dzerzhinski where he received the qualification of a lawyer.

From 1992 till 1996 he was Director General of LTD "Dzherelo". In 1996 as the result of reorganization of the LTD "Dzherelo" there appeared a law firm "Dzherelo".

Since 1996 till at present he is Director General of the law firm "Dzherelo".

In 1996 he received a certificate giving the right of attorney activity.

Since 1996 he has been a member of Union of Attorneys of Ukraine.

Since 2001 he has been a cofounder of Joint Ukrainian-Greek-Panama crewing company "Marine Management Shipping Ukraine".

Since August of 2003 he has been the head of Sevastopol city department of Union of Attorneys of Ukraine.

Since 31.03.2004 he has been an authorized representative of an international organization "International Committee of Protection of Human Rights". Since October of 2005 he has been a commissar of Sevastopol department of International Committee of Protection of Human Rights.

Since December of 2004 he has been a member of All-Ukrainian social organization "Ukrainian Registered Cossacks" (URC), Hetman Adviser of the URC on problems of law in Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Since April of 2006 he has been a Commander of Chernomorski URC Cossack district. He has been awarded the rank of colonel general.

He is a member of the All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism, head of Sevastopol city organization of the All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism.

He has been awarded medals " For Perfect Service" of the II grade, "Defender of the Motherland", a sign of CC of ACUY "For Military Valor", Excellent Militia Man", "Participant of Military Activities", a degree of honor "Medal of 60 years of the UNO, International Committee of Protection of Human Rights", order of Bogdan Khmelnitski of the III degree.

Rewards of the URC: Bronze Cossack Cross, Silver Cossack cross.

He is married and has two sons: Vladimir, 1975 year of birth, and Alexei, 2001 year of birth, and a daughter Anna, 1978 year of birth. His younger son Alexei was accepted to the ranks of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks in October of 2005.
