Boechko Ivan Stepanovich was born on 19th March 1966 in Germanovka of Borschevsky area in the Ternopol area in family of collective farmers. In 1983 has finished the high school in Germanovka. In 1984 was matriculated at the Crimean Medical Institute which left in 1992. From 3rd November 1984 till October 1986 – service in the ranks of the Soviet Army. In 1992 has ended internship on a specialty “Children's surgery”. In 1993 graduated the internship at the Institute of urology in Kiev. Since 1993 till 2001 worked as a doctor-urologist TSOZMIR. Since 2001 and at the present time “the Center of blood” in Sevastopol works as a head physician of municipal institution. Since 2004 till 2006 studied at the Inter-regional Academy of management of a personnel. He is a founder of the human rights groups in Sevastopol. A founder of private enterprise. A member of a party ”Our Ukraine”.

In lines of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks he is accepted in January 2005. Main ataman of Sevastopol, a general-major.

He is married. Has a son.
