Didenko Vladimir Nikolayevich was born on October 8 1948 in the city Isfaroresy ( Tajic Republic), He is a Ukrainian by nationality. His father is a military serviceman. Mother is a laboratory assistant of a sugar plant.

He has graduated from the Kiev Technical Institute and the Higher Party School attached to the CPSU Central Committee.

Worked as a secretary of the Royal District Committee of the Lenin Komsomol in Zhitomir, then in the regional state administration.

Served in the ranks of the Armed Forces, in the rocket troops of the strategic purpose. Now he is a lieutenant colonel in the reserve.

Since 1950 he has lived in Zhitomor. He works as the head of organization of TOV "Eaxt Broker".

He is married. The wife is Tatyana Anatoljevna, a teacher.
