Grabarchuk Lyudmila Sergeevna was born on May, 6, 1953 in Khobultovo Vladimir-Volynsk Region in Ukraine. In 1960 was matriculated in the Khobultovo high school and graduated from it in 1970.
In 1971 was matriculated in the philological department of the Lutsk State Pedagogical Institute named after Lesya Ukrainka. In a year she changed to the correspondence form of training and since 1972 worked as a head of the library in Cheretin of the Lutsk district in the Zhitomir Region. Since 1973 was managing library in Zhitani of the Vladimir-Volynsk Region. In 1975 together with her husband, military man, they moved to the place of his service to military garrison in Khurby of the Land of Khabarovsk.
1977 - 1979 was a controller in the officers club in Khurby. She worked in Sredne-Beloye of the Amur region as a cashier at the officer hostel and a head of the officers’ hostel.
In 1982 her husband was matriculated in the Moscow Financial and Economic Military Academy, they moved to Moscow. There she worked as a librarian, a main librarian in the educational library at this educational institution. Then they moved to Tbilisi on the new place of service of her husband.
Since September, 1985 worked as the matron in the regiment of Tbilisi. Then worked as a bookkeeper in the regiment 49014.
In July, 1982 they moved to Ukraine. She worked in educational library KUVVS (КУВВС).
From August, 1, till May, 6, 2008 worked in the regiment А0515 as a leading specialist. Last five years she worked as the leading specialist of the press-service in the regiment А0515.
Before they moved to the Far East she took all examinations by the cultural-educational school and received a specialty of the librarian.
In 1988 she was reinstated at the Lutsk State University, but because of tragically death of her husband, has not continued to study.
In 2004 - 2006 studied at the University of the Ukraine history of МE of Ukraine.
She has two sons.
She was not involved to the criminal responsibility.
