Konyshev Gennady Arkadievich was born on 13th March 1957 in Uyar of the Krasnoyarsk region.

He graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Jurisprudence named in honour of F.E. Dzerzhinsky.

In 1977 has been called on service in law enforcement bodies where with a small break has served till 1989.

Has a military rank of a lieutenant-colonel of justice.

Since 1989 after dismissal from law enforcement bodies worked at the enterprises and the organizations in Mariupol as a legal adviser, a legal inspector.

In 1991 he is appointed as a director of the Inter-regional legal center.

In 1994 it is elected as a chairman of the college of lawyers in Mariupol.

Since 2002 and at the present time he is president of the Priazovsk association of lawyers of Ukraine.

Since 1994 till 2002 he was selected as a deputy of the city council in Mariupol. As a deputy was the vice-president of the constant commission «On legality of maintenance of a public order, protection of the rights and freedom of citizens».

In 2002 has been appointed by adviser of the Verkchovnaya Rada of Ukraine on questions of struggle against the organized crime and corruption.

In 2000 he is elected as a member-correspondent, and in 2004 – an academician of the International academy of organizational and administrative sciences, is Cand. Sc. (Law) and applicant for Cand. Sc. (Economy) academic degree, professor

In 2003 the Decree of the President of Ukraine had been appropriated a rank «Deserved lawyer of Ukraine».

Is engaged in research work. 4 books and more than 15 scientific articles are written.

In 2005 has been accepted in the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks and he is appointed to the post of adviser of ataman Separate Southern Cossack district in Priasovsk of URC on legal issues.

The same year he is appointed to a post of a main adviser of Hetman of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks in Donetsk area on legal questions.

In 2006 he is appointed to the post of a main adviser of the college of advisers at the General staff of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks in East region of Ukraine.

2008 was assigned to a position of director of the URC Hetman’s Advisers Institute

On November 7, 2009 according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine he was rewarded with order of the III degree "For merits"

Has a military Cossack rank an URK Colonel general.

He is married. The wife – Konysheva Lyubov Vasilyevna, 1958 year of birth.

The son – Konyshev Arcady Gennadievich, 1986 year of birth.
