Kulikov Pavel Pavlovich was born on May 27 1942 in the village of Dzerzhinsk of the Novoazovsk district of the Donetsk region into a family of a peasant. In 1958 he finished the Bezymensaya secondary school of the Novoazovsk district. In 1960 he finished a construction vocational school. In 1984 he graduated from the Moscow Higher school after Shvernik, specialty of an economist. On February 20 1987 he finished the Zhdanov school of the Volunteer Society of Assistance for army and Fleet, specialty of a navigator.

Wife is Kulikova Nadezhda Ivanovna. There are three daughters, two grandchildren.

Now he occupies the post of the Commander of the Separate Marine Squadron of the URC, his rank is Rear Admiral.
