Mihajluk Alexandra Nikolaevna was born on October 3, 1952 in the village of Byrlivka, Drabivski district, Cherkassy region.

Father was Kolyada Nikolai Markovich, born in 1924 who is now a pensioner.

From 1959 till 1969 she studied at a secondary specialized labor school in the village Byrlivka. From 1969 till 1973 she studied at the Institute of Economy after D.S.Korotchenko. After graduating from the institute she received a diploma of an economist.

From 1973 till 2004 she occupied the post of an accountant-in-chief at different enterprises.

Now she is the Deputy Hetman of the ASO URC on economic problems. Her rank is a major of the URC.

She has two children.
