Pavlechko Vasily Osipovich was born on 2nd May 1948 in family of a farmer. In 1955 has gone to the first class of eight-year school in Golovetsk of the Starosamborsky district, and in 1966 left the high school in Strelkovsk of the Starosamborsky district in the Lvov area.

Working activity began in 1967 at BU-5 "Prommontazh" in Gorlovka. In 1967 has been called, and in 1969 was released from lines of the Soviet Army.

Since 1969 worked at the factory of building materials as a worker; at the KSU-34 "Liftmontage" worked as a mechanic-assembler; at the trust "Promkhimsantekhmontage" worked as a technician, a master, a tutor in a hostel, an inspector of a staff department; at the Oblrembyttrest worked as a chairman of incorporated trade union committee; at LLC "Komunpostach" worked as a director, a chairman of board; at LLC "Lvovoblplodoovosh" worked as a chairman of board.

In 1971 was matriculated at the State University in Lvov named in honour of I.Franka on a faculty of law of evening branch which left in 1977.

Works as a director of Lvov branch SUI and AI.

He is married, has two children.

He is a deputy of Hetman of UPO URC on the Western region, chief of staff of Galitsky Cossack district UPO URC, a general-colonel URC.
