Prosekov Alexander Sergeevich, was born on April, 24, 1958 in Odessa in a family of employees. A Ukrainian.

In 1975 graduated high school № 38 and was matriculated in the Odessa Highest Engineering Sea School on the ship engineering faculty. In 1980 graduated from the Odessa Highest Engineering Sea School on a specialty “Running of the ship propulsion”.

Then he was placed on a job to the Black Sea steam navigation where he worked as the fourth mechanic on the ships of the international cruise.

Since 1983 till 2003 served in KGB bodies, Security Service of Ukraine, a rserve Lieutenant colonel.

Since 2000 till 2004 studied at the Odessa National University named after I.I. Mechnikov, on the jurisprudence faculty, a lawyer.

Since 2003 and now works as a deputy to a director on economic safety of the commercial structures.

In the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks since 2008.
