Savenyuk Dmitry Ivanovich was born on 14th June 1970 in Narofominsk in Moscow area.

Since 1977 lives in Sumy. In 1986 has left a comprehensive school then was matriculated in TVS-18 in Sumy on a specialty of a serviceman of machine tools which has finished with the diploma with honours.

Since 1988 till 1990 – service in the ranks of Armed forces of the USSR in Chimkent (Kazakhstan) in division of special assignment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Since1990 till 1996 was trained at the Sumy state university at faculty «Industrial electronics», on a specialty – an engineer of ICS.

Since 1996 till 2000 was engaged in business in publishing sphere and mass-media, held supervising posts.

In 2000 has organized the first private courier service in Sumy which for today has grown in the stable transport company.

In 2004 has entered lines of URC. Has organized in the Sumy area some regional staffs. Carried out many actions on popularization of ideas of Cossacks among youth.

One of achievements – treatment of problems of the shameful stance on historical monuments in Sumy. Due to references to the public and authority, the revival of Church of Hold Trinity in Pustovoytovka in Romensky district of Sumy area has been achieved, which was built on facilities of last ataman Pyeter Kalnyshevsky.

At the moment is working on the foundation of the Cossack organization on the basis of the Agrarian University in Sumy.
