1982-1986 – study in the River school at the faculty of sea navigation in Leningrad, a speciality "a technician-navigator of courts of the mixed river and sea navigation".

1986-1993 – study at the institute of a sailing charter at the engineering - economic faculty in Leningrad, a speciality "Economy and organization of a sailing charter".

1994-1998 – work in KD AKB "Ukraine" (Simferopol) on a post of a chief of the department.

1998-1999 – a general director GP "the Crimean news agency".

1999-2002 – a general director (financial director, assistant of a general director) enterprises "Alphabets" (Simferopol)

2004-2005 – a general director of Broadcasting company "Niapol"

2002-2005 – a general director of the Broadcasting company "Center"

Since 2005 and at the present time works as a general director of the State broadcasting company "Crimea".

Deserved journalist of ARC. Has such awards: the sign "For merits in development of information sphere" 1, 2 and 3 degrees; for church merits the award "Nestor Letopisets".
