Tarasov Vyacheslav Yurievich was born on 6th August 1966 in Shakhty in the Rostov area. In 1987 graduated the Chervonoprapor Higher Military Command School of Connection named in honour of Marshal V.D. Sokolovsky in Novocherkassk.

Since August 1983 till September 1990 served in Armed forces of the USSR on command posts.

The work activity began as an electrical engineer at the department of protection at TC of the Mine executive committee in the Rostov area in Russia.

Since May 1991 till May 1993 served in the law-enforcement bodies of Russia.

Since December 1994 till April 1999 served in law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine, at the department of Public service of protection at Minsk SIМAF of Ukraine in Kiev.

Since April 1999 till November 2003 worked at first as a chief of group in VOKHOR, and then a chief of separate group "Zashita" of the department of Public service of protection at Minsk SIMAF of Ukraine in Kiev.

Since February 2004 till October 2004 worked as a chief of a protection service (a main expert of security activity) at LLC “Max Bezpeka”.

Since November 2004 works as a director of LLC "Bezpeka-C".

The citizen of Ukraine. Member of All-Ukrainian party of spirituality and patriotism, an adviser of Hetman of URC on questions of protection, a general-major of URC.

He is married. Has a son.
