Tyukhty Nikolay Petrovich was born on 13th June 1950 in Vinnitsa area in Velykaya Mchulka Tepliksky region. Since 1957 till 1967 studied at the high school in Velykaya Mochulka. In 1968 was matriculated at the Higher Military School named in honour of Lenin Komsomol in Chernigov and in 1973 exchanged to the ²²² course of the Institute of Technology of the Refrigerating Industry in Odessa.
After the leaving of Institute in 1975 worked as a chief of compressor shop then deputy of a director of the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky meat-packing plant.
In the same year by the order of minister of the meat and dairy industry exchanged to Odessa as a deputy of a general director of the Production Association of the Dairy Industry.
In 1973 received the second higher education, graduated the State Eeconomic University in Odessa, faculty of “Economy and planning of the industry”.
In 1986, in connection with creation of agro-industrial complex exchanged to a post of deputy of a general director of "Oblagrotechservise" of a process industry of AIC.
In 1987 defenced the master's thesis on a theme “Work of the industrial enterprises in conditions of the market”.
In 1989 created in structure of the above-named association a small enterprise "Kharcheservise".
Since 1991 till 1999 worked as a head of Southern regional branch of Concern "Ukragrotechservise".
In 1994 defenced a doctoral dissertation and got a rank of Doctor of Economics.
In 1995 N.P. Tyukhty is elected as a full member of Academy of economic sciences of Ukraine, the same year he became the full member of the International Academy of Refrigeration.
In 1997 N.P.Tyukhty got the International certificate of small and average business.
Under the direction of Nikolay Petrovich Tyukhtiy Research-and-production association “AIC Cascade” is created which structure included 11 reformed economy formers CAE in the Odessa, Vinnitsa areas.
In 2000 on the basis of association the separate coalition of working over of agricultural products is created. For the same period a new agricultural machinery is bought in.
In 2005 is elected as a head of the faculty “Economy of the enterprise” at the Academy of business and undertaking, a scientific tutor of dissertational works of two post-graduate students.
Under N.P. Tyukhty initiative in several economy a cattle breeding is developed, including a breeding livestock farm, wherefore the cattle and sows in the Cherkassy area was bought in.
Tyukhty Nikolay Petrovich is a highly skilled expert and an organizer in the decision of new ideas of market economy. Has the scientific and pedagogical experience more than 8 years. 23 scientific and methodical works are published. During a work by the Southern regional management provided a trouble-free work of the enterprises of agriculture, in close connection works with Academy of Refregerating on introduction of new technologies at the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex.
In April 1992 Nikolay Petrovich Tyukhty studied on a joint Ukrainian-German courses of economy of business and management. Had a training placement in such big cities of Germany as Dusseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Bonn and got the International certificate.
Took part in development of economic programs on development of Southern region of Ukraine.
Tyukhty N.P. is a member of Council of the Ukrainian association of regional sciences.
He is actively engaged in political activity.
In 1999 headed the Coordination council of the Union of political parties and public organizations of the Odessa area.
In 1999 stood for a head of Odessa where took the third place.
In 2005 he is elected as a chairman of Odessa Board PÎ the People's Democratic Party of Ukraine. A member of political council NDP of Ukraine.
Since 2001 N.P.Tyukhty is a general director of research-and-production association “Cascade”.
He is exacting to himself, is able dyplomatically to find a way out of inconvenient situations, has authority and respect of colleagues and adherents.
He is married. Has two children.
Under the order ¹ 48 from 8th February 2008 he is a General treasurer of UPO URC, a general-colonel of URC.
