Zakarljuka Tatiana Nikolayevna was born on 14th March 1958 in Donetsk, in the family of workers.

In 1965 has gone to the school № 10 in Donetsk, in 1973 has continued the study at the school № 3, has left the school in 1975.

1976-1982 – the study in the Polytechnic Institute in Donetsk, has received the higher education with appropriation of qualification of an engineer-metallurgist.

In 1983 has gone to work in UEM at the state university in Donetsk on a post of an engineer-technologist, a rate fixer.

In connection with reorganization on the basis of educational experimental workshops of the State University in Donetsk it has been created SDB "Intelligence", then on the basis of SDB "Intelligence" has been created the Donetsk State Institute of Artificial Intellect in which she works since 1992 till present time in a post of a staff director.

In 1999 she has been awarded "Honours pupil of education of Ukraine".

Is married, has two children.

The husband: Zakarljuka Sergey Vladimirovich, was born on 1958.

The son: Zakarljuka Andrey Sergeevich, was born on 1982.

The daughter: Zakarljuka Darja Sergeevna, was born on 1989.

In July, 2004 has entered in All Ukrainian public organization "The Ukrainian Registered Cossacks", has a rank of a captain of URC.
