The national Idea of ukraine "God - people - Ukraine", which have been proposed by the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks, has become a moto of the VII congress of the All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism. The congress was help on the 29th of July 2006 on the island Khortitsa, Zaporozhie.

Civilian appearance of the delegates of the congress was suddenly violated by gold of shoulder strips, bright colors of shevrons and galoons of the Cossack uniform. Among the participants of the forum there were a lot of representatives of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks.

APSP and URC are two powerful wings of the national idea "God-People-Ukraine" which was cherished by them. Realization of this idea into life unites people of the East and the West: Lvov and Donetsk, the Crimea and Ivano-Frankovsk, Kiev and Lugansk.

This was especially underlined by the leader of the APSP, URC Hetman, Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine, Ph. Doctor of Theology, Ph. Doctor of Technical Science, Rector of the Donetsk State Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Full professor Anatoli Shevchenko.

The borderinging line between the Ukrainians of the West and those of the East which appeared during the recent, as the Cossack delegates announced, must be eliminated. If we are able to to help people to eraze this line, we'll preserve integrity of the Ukrainian state.

This was the position which was supported by by the Chief of Staff of the galitski district, Lieutenant-general Vasili Pavlechko, URC Hetman deputy Vl;adimir karpov, Commander of the Chernomorski URC district Colonel-General Anatoli Zhernovoi, their twin-brothers registered Cossacks.

The Cossacks and the party members found the common language on the first item of the agenda, concerning changing of the party's name. If Vladimir Karpov insisted on giving it the name of "All-Cossack Party of Spirituality and Patriotism" Anatoli Zhernovoi and others defended the view point that the changing of the name was untimely. The name "Akll-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism" is the name under which the party is known in our society.

The atamans are sincerely convinced that the party and the Cossack organizationsmust make the business, the income of which are to strengthen their structures, lay a solid foundation for future election races.

As Anatoli Shevchenko pointed out, the experience of the past testifies that practically all the Cossack organizationshad taken part in the political struggle - both under their own ones and those belonging to other political forces. It was important that those who were willing to take part in the elections should have done that through the APSP with full conscience. The Cossack delegates of the congress accepted the URC Hetman's position with understanding.

They, as all the participants of the forum, approved unanimously the decree and approve the Appeal to the Ukrainian People, in which it was declared, in particular, "We have Ukraine!" "We have our native land!".
