On Fatherland Defender’s Day head of the URC Hetman’s Administration in the East region of Ukraine, the director of National Cossack scientific research institute, URC Marshal Nikolay Mazepa together with the vice-president of the Kharkov regional state administration Lyudmila Belova has congratulated pupils of the Kharkov military lyceum and have awarded them with the URC Diplomas.

There were deputy head of the URC Hetman’s Administration in the East Region URC major general Yurii Piskovatsky, chief of the URC International Relations Department URC major general Jamal Guseinov, ataman of the URC Saltovsko-Slobozhansky district major general Nikolay Gorovykh, ataman of the URC Valkovsky regional organization URC major general Vadim Kaminer, heads of the District State Administration, deputies of the Kharkov regional council, veterans of Ukraine and the public. According to the order of URC Hetman Anatoliy Shevchenko the chief of the military lyceum colonel Sergey Gorodetsky was awarded with the URC award "Bronze Cossack cross" ІІІ degree.
