These days in Kharkov in “Kazatsky Bastion” the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks hold the project’s presentation of the ethnic cultural micro district’s building “Kazatskaya Sloboda”.

The project is developed by the Kharkov architects P. Chechelnitsky, E. Remizova and E. Malshinskaya. It’s stipulated by this project the building of the inhabited micro district in Slobozhansky traditions, churches, a horse-racing complex, taverns, smithies etc.

The presentation is carried out with participation of the administration of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks, the main architect of Kharkov S. Chechelnitsky, representatives of mass-media and community.

Hetman of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks Anatoliy Shevchenko said: “Our fathers and grandfathers have recreated Kharkov as a city of scientists, a city of high culture and a city of students.

Registered Cossacks of today have to revive historical and cultural centre of Slobozhanshchina which should become a special appeal of the megalopolis.

All people who will participate in realization of this project God will write down in his book of eternal life”.
