According to the order of Hetman of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks Anatoliy Shevchenko, director of college Dmitry Kleban was given the rank of Cossack and appointed as ataman of Gorodetsky kuren of Registered Cossacks. It happened on celebrating of the 70th anniversary of the Vyshnya College of the Lvov National Agrarian University.

Vyshnya College of the Lvov National Agrarian University is one of the few agricultural educational institutions in the Region, which in spite of economic instability kept afloat and also increased its facility using innovative technologies.

Having presented gifts to the Vyshnya College from the Head of URC Hetman’s administration Vladimir Kozhan, ataman of the URC Regional Cossack Organization Vladimir Pavlechko said that this college would be "smithy" of the future patriots.

Anniversary celebrating ended with a celebratory concert which was prepared by students of the college. And it confirmed Dmitry Kleban’s words: “Our alma mater is the revivals centre of spirituality, patriotism, song creativity both Gorodotsky and Sambirsky Regions because it is located on border of these territories”.

Today more than 1000 students study at the Vyshnya College of the Lvov National Agrarian University. During 70 years the technical school trained more than 12000 specialists for agrarian sector.
