Donetsk Cossacks Union:

· Agreement between the Donetsk Cossacks Union and the regional Department of Internal Affairs concerning participation of members of regional public Cossack unit in a social order defence is signed.

Sevastopol:

· agreement with the Naval Forces of Ukraine about strengthening of material resources of the Naval Forces of Ukraine is signed, the help is given to the fourth squadron of Naval Forces - the office equipment is transferred, connections to the Internet are carried out.

Nikolaev:

· In June solemn release for a military department of Nikolaev state university has been started.

· 25-27.02.2003 the scientific - methodical conference „Ways of realization of requirements to the concept of youth undergoing pre-conscription military training preparations and military - patriotic education, concerning improvement of quality of preparation of youth to Fatherland defence” was carried out.

· agreements concerning social order protection with public association "Zakhyst", public organization "Derzhava", veteran organization of Lenin area were completed.

· 24.04.2003 - opening of the educational center of youth and URC staff undergoing pre-conscription military training preparations. Sports holiday „Cossack entertainments” took place.

· 15-20.05, 26.06, 02.07, 25.09, during October - participation of group Atamanskaya sotnya in patrolling for the social order protection in Nikolaev.

· October 2003 - participation of group Atamanskaya sotnya in patrolling and support of the law and order at a ceremonial meeting devoted to MSU 90-anniversary.
